Message	originally welding on just the inside on the inconels, but then they changed up to this new external weld/reinforcing tab setup. There is a guy who posted a set of Greg's manifolds for sale in the classified section that had cracked and he sent them in for repair, and the picture that you see my my original post is how they were repaired. Again, I am not out to attack Greg or his products at all here - I am sure there is good reason for the change in the assembly of the manifolds, but it has just left me clueless on how to final-weld my manifolds and I'm not even sure it will apply to mine as I am using SS and his are inconel. I am sitting here at the desk and my truck is loaded up with the manis and parts - my welder is expecting me in about 30 minutes...
